Having worked with more than 800+ clients from all walks of life, I specialize in creating personalized and accessible yoga experiences for every level—whether you’re a complete beginner or a long-time practitioner. My teaching style blends traditional practices like Hatha and Ashtanga with modern approaches such as Vinyasa, Iyengar, and slow restorative flows. I strongly believe that yoga is not just about flexibility or fitness—it’s about connecting with yourself, calming the mind, and healing from within.
