I am Mukesh Kumar a yoga instructor with over 8+ years of experience, having guided more than 5000+ individuals on their personal journey toward better health, inner peace, and self-awareness. My teaching style blends traditional and modern approaches, drawing from Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and restorative yoga to create sessions that are both physically strengthening and mentally grounding. I believe yoga is more than just movement—it’s a lifestyle that nurtures balance in the body, mind, and soul. Over the years, I’ve worked with students of all levels, including beginners, advanced practitioners, corporate clients, prenatal students, and those recovering from injuries or stress-related issues. My goal is to make yoga accessible and personalized, helping each student connect deeply with themselves through breath, movement, and mindfulness.
